TOP PHOTO: This photo appeared in the May, 1972, issue of
Drum Corps America. The Kiltie Kadets received the first place
trophy, winning the 10th Annual Full Corps Music Standstill
Contest sponsored by the Illinois Chapter of the All-American
Drum & BUgle Corps Association. The contest was held on the
north side of Chicago at Roosevelt High School. Class C
results were: 1st place, Kiltie Kadets, 67.5 and took top G.E.;
second place, Scarlet Knights, 55.6, and taking high drums,
and in third place, the Racine Boy Scouts, 52.3 and taking high
horns.
