BELOW:  The book below, The Racine American Legion Post 76 Drum and Bugle Corps: A Scrapbook History 1916 - 1946  is another book of mine.  It was
released on December 6, 2008 by Outskirts Press.  It is currently available at Barnes & Nobles in Racine, at the Kilties Souvenir Stand, at Amazon.com and
other on-line book retailers as well as Outskirts Press's on-line bookstore.  If anyone has any trouble finding a place to purchase either of these two books
please email me at webmaster@racinekiltiealumni.org  This book is quite comprehensive.  It has 426 pages filled with such things as every American Legion
Wisconsin state and national championship  scores through 1946 and details of many of their major trips of this era.  This book starts with the organization of
Racine's Batteries C & F in 1916, follows them to France during World War I and back home again.  It details the organization of Racine's 32nd Division
Veterans Association Club, Racine's American Legion Post 76, and the Racine American Legion Post 76 Drum and Bugle Corps.  This book covers the glory
years of the Racine American Legion Post 76 Drum and Bugle Corps and it ends when the drum corps opened up its membership to World War II veterans in
1947.  The purpose of the book is to chronicle the history of the Racine American Legion Post 76 Drum and Bugle Corps during the years that it was solely a
World War I veteran's organization.
