Interestingly the drummers pictured on the far left all left the Racine Elks Youth band and
joined a Racine drum and bugle corps. The tenor drummer on the right end is Steve Norovich
who went on to the Racine Scouts. To his left is Gary Kautenburg. Next is Lynn Laakso
wearing the black glasses and to his left, partially shown, is Bob Bach. These three all left the
Elks Youth Band and became members of the Racine Kilties. This photo is courtesy of the
Osborne family who took it and is used here, of course, with their permission.
